Will you run paid social media ads as part of management?
Paid advertising is separate from organic social media management, but we offer both services and recommend combining them for best results.
Do I need professional photo or video content to get started?
Not necessarily. We can work with your existing media, create branded graphics, or help plan and coordinate photoshoots when you’re ready to elevate your visuals.

By consistently posting, engaging with your audience, and running targeted campaigns, we increase brand awareness, build trust, and drive leads and conversions.
How involved do we need to be in the process?
You can be as involved or hands-off as you prefer. Some clients want to approve every post before it goes live; others trust us completely and just review monthly reports. At minimum, we’ll need occasional input for photos, product info, or company updates. We’ll establish a workflow during onboarding that respects your time while ensuring content accurately represents your brand.
Can you create all the content, or do we need to provide it?
We can create everything. Our team handles graphic design, copywriting, video editing, and content production, so you don’t have to worry about what to post or when. We’ll occasionally need some input from you — like photos of your products, team, or behind-the-scenes moments — but we handle the creative strategy, design, and execution.
What platforms do you manage?
We manage all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
What does social media management include?
Our social media management includes content strategy development, content calendar planning, graphic design and content creation, copywriting, posting and scheduling, community management, performance tracking and reporting, hashtag research, and monthly strategy calls. We also assist with paid social media advertising campaigns.
