When you come to work everyday, sometimes you just really want someone who is going to bring a smile to your face. You need a team member who is willing to bring in surprise donuts, ask you about your weekend, and genuinely loves people. Six short months ago, Alia joined the IDG team and it’s been such a pleasure getting to know her. She’s a fun, encouraging, and optimistic soul to have around the office and her outlook on life has been contagious.
Alia is our Digital Marketing Analyst and our queen of analytics! She handles all Search Engine Optimization (aka SEO), social and paid advertising analytics, and reporting. She also works on client care and follow up so everyone is always in the loop. It’s a lot of work, but Alia has become the master and we’re so proud of her dedication.
When Alia is not zoned in on analytics, you can most likely find her dancing. Before her adventures at IDG, she was a dance studio director/instructor, and she’s still dancing professionally on the side for DLS Burlesque. If she’s not dancing at the studio or on stage, she’s probably hanging at the beach, jamming to TSwift or Indie tunes, eating macarons and other carb-loaded foods, while sipping on her French 75.
Alia is a delight to have around at IDG and we appreciate her love for 90’s music, classic rock, the color pink, glitter, and dance. She’s always spoiling us with her communal drawer of snacks and bringing the outside inside with beautiful floral additions to her desk. We’re looking forward to getting top notch analytics reports while she’s on the clock and fun dance lessons from her after hours.
